Build a Modpack from manifest.json.

Parameters:

• index (dict[str, Any]) – The decoded index file.

• path (Path) – The archive.

Returns:

The modpack. Its entries need CurseForge.resolve.

Raises:

PackError – The manifest is invalid or does not name a mod loader.

Return type:

Modpack
